Ingredients
  • 3-4 medium potatoes ( sliced )
  • 2 sticks celery (chopped)
  • Around 500g watercress
  • 1 cup of vege stock / water
  • 4 cloves garlic (smashed)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Wash the watercress, cut it into a few parts.
  2. Chopped the celery sticks into small pieces.
  3. Slice the potatoes for easy cooking.
  4. Now, heat the pan with the oil, add in the watercress.
  5. Fry for a while and add in the celery and garlic.
  6. Meanwhile, pour in the stock or water.
  7. Continue to place the slice potatoes on top of the watercress then add in the butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Reduce heat to simmer, until the potaoes are cooked/ soft.
  9. After 5 minutes or so, turn off the heat.Prepare a blender, pour all ingredients into the blender and blend till creamy.
  10. Pour the remains to a pot and add in the milk, stir till simmer. Viola!
