How to make it

  • Wash the watercress, cut it into a few parts.
  • Chopped the celery sticks into small pieces.
  • Slice the potatoes for easy cooking.
  • Now, heat the pan with the oil, add in the watercress.
  • Fry for a while and add in the celery and garlic.
  • Meanwhile, pour in the stock or water.
  • Continue to place the slice potatoes on top of the watercress then add in the butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Reduce heat to simmer, until the potaoes are cooked/ soft.
  • After 5 minutes or so, turn off the heat.Prepare a blender, pour all ingredients into the blender and blend till creamy.
  • Pour the remains to a pot and add in the milk, stir till simmer. Viola!
