Double Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe
This is the most scrumptious dessert ever, very rich and absolutely "to die for" if you are a chocolate lover

Ingredients
  • 18 ounces of heavy cream
  • 16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 6 ounces of milk
  • chocolate pieces( about 1/8 of cup or more to your taste)
  • 6 cups day old french bread, cubed
  • CRUST:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate ganach
  • 1 ounce white chocolate ganach

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Bring cream, milk, and 1/2 cup of sugar to a simmer.
  3. Add to semi-sweet chocolate in a large bowl, mix until chocolate is melted
  4. Combine this mixture to the eggs a little at a time until completely blended.
  5. Add bread cubes to this, and I usually let the bread soak up the liquid for about 20 minutes.
  6. Top with sugar
  7. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until set
  8. Then drizzle with both ganaches and enjoy.
