How to make it
- peel and then cut the potato into little chips.then put the chips into some oil and then on to an oven tray. sprinkel with salt and bake till crispy.
- put some garlic butter into a hot pan.after that put the chicken into the pen until the chicken is tenderly cooked.
- once that is done put some garlic butter into a pot along with some choped up cabage and mint sauce.this only takes a few mins it only needs heating you still want the cabage crunchy.
- now poor the white wine sauce into a pot,keep stiring the sauce until done.
