This is a great recipe for homemade chicken nuggets that are really easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast per person
  • All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Seseme Seeds

Directions
  1. Cut chicken breasts into one inch squares.
  2. To prepare batter, beat the egg in a medium size bowl, and start with about a cup of milk.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gradually stir in flour until you have a smooth mixture.
  5. Add more flour or milk until you have a medium consistency.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons of seseme seeds if wanted.
  7. Prepare large shallow skillet with oil. Heat until a small drop of batter sizzles and bubbles.
  8. Coat the chicken nuggets in batter then place in skillet. You want the oil to reach almost to the top of the nuggets, but not cover them.
  9. When the sides of the batter look crispy, turn the nuggets with a fork.
  10. Continue to cook until the outer batter is done and chicken is cooked through.
  11. Place on a platter lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
