This is a popular soup from a family restaurant in Montana.

Ingredients
  • 1 32 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 9 oz. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. chopped onion
  • pinch baking soda
  • 2 cups cream

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except cream.
  2. Simmer 1 hour.
  3. Heat cream in double boiler.
  4. Add ceram to tomato mixture (not reverse)
