Hot Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup dry Coleman's Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions
  1. Mix dry mustard and peanut oil in small bowl.
  2. Gradually add 2 Tbsp. water stirring constantly to form a smooth paste.
  3. Stir together sugar, cornstarch and salt in small saucepan.
  4. Gradually add 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup white vinegar.
  5. Blend thoroughly.
  6. Cook stirring constantly until mixure thickens.
  7. Gradually add to cold mustard mixture stirring constantly until blended.
  8. Pour into glass jar or plastic container and refrigerate until serving time.
  9. Stir before serving and serve at room temperature.
  10. Enjoy!
