How to make it

  • Make up the fruit salad by cutting the fruit into small chunks.
  • Put it into a container and then spoon however much you want to vitiamize into your vitamizer/blender, with a big dollop of yoghurt and a slurp of apricot nectar.
  • Add half to a whole banana (depending on your taste) and then vitamize/blend for 30 seconds or so (until smooth and creamy).
  • Pour out into a long glass and enjoy!
