Ingredients
  • Fruit of your liking - but keep the bananas out until you are ready to vitamize.
  • Apples, oranges, pears, kiwi fruit, passionfruit, pineapple, apricots, strawberris, raspberries, blackberries, a bit of watermelon (but not much or it will make it too watery).
  • Yoghurt
  • Apricot Nectar (canned)

Directions
  1. Make up the fruit salad by cutting the fruit into small chunks.
  2. Put it into a container and then spoon however much you want to vitiamize into your vitamizer/blender, with a big dollop of yoghurt and a slurp of apricot nectar.
  3. Add half to a whole banana (depending on your taste) and then vitamize/blend for 30 seconds or so (until smooth and creamy).
  4. Pour out into a long glass and enjoy!
