Quick Chicken Corn Chowder Recipe
This is a quick version of a chowder. Its very filling and kid-friendly, and really easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans fiesta corn, drained
  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cubed and cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 2% milk
  • Spices to taste: sage, rosemary, thyme, parsely, black pepper
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions
  1. Pour the cans of cream of chicken soup and cream of potato soup into a large sauce pan, and turn on medium heat.
  2. Add five cans of milk, stirring to combine soup and milk.
  3. Add chicken, spices, and corn, stirring thoroughly.
  4. Cook, covered, on low -to- medium heat until cooked through., addingg the cheddar five minutes before serving.
  5. Sprinkly with cheddar once the soup is in the bowl.
