How to make it

  • Season the bird however you like it.
  • In a large bag put enough flour and seasonings of your choice for the size bird you are using.
  • Place bird in the bag and shake til coated.
  • Place bird in roasting pan and bake approx. 30 min per lb.
  • These birds can be also stuffed and then coated.
