Try this version of baked whole chicken or turkey. This keeps all of the flavor and juices inside the bird.

Ingredients
  • Whole chicken or Turkey
  • flour
  • Choice of seasonings

Directions
  1. Season the bird however you like it.
  2. In a large bag put enough flour and seasonings of your choice for the size bird you are using.
  3. Place bird in the bag and shake til coated.
  4. Place bird in roasting pan and bake approx. 30 min per lb.
  5. These birds can be also stuffed and then coated.
