Who doesn't love pork and apples together....This has a kick to that classic combination

Ingredients
  • 4-5 o. apple juice
  • 2 chipotle peppers, canned
  • 1 tbls. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbls. jalapeno jelly
  • 1 tsp. oregano, mexican if possible
  • 1 tbls. vinegar
  • 1 tbls. ancho chile powder

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
  2. Makes 1 cup
