Happy Easter to all of you. This sauce is perfect on ice creams, crepes, pan cakes or other desserts with cream.

Ingredients
  • 4 kiwis
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 spoonful brandy
  • 1 spoonful water

Directions
  1. Peel and cut fruit and place in a frying pan.
  2. Add sugar, water and brandy.
  3. Mix continuously until sauce is thick.
  4. Leave it to cool down and then serve on your favourite dessert.
  5. Store leftover in refrigerator.
