How to make it

  • SAUCE
  • Saute bell pepper, onion and garlic.
  • Add canned tomatoes and pasta sauce.
  • Heat sauce thoroughly.
  • Season sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning.
  • CHEESE
  • Mix ricotta cheese, parsley flakes and milk.
  • NOODLES
  • If you didn't get ready-to-bake noodles, cook them al dente, drain and rinse with cool water.
  • Layer in pan as follows: sauce, noodles, cheese, sauce, etc.
  • Once all ingredients are layered, top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes or until it's bubbly and cheese has melted and browned.
