These are one of our boys favorite after school snacks and - I must admit - Anthony and I enjoy them with a good movie too.

Ingredients
  • 12 plain prepared bdreadsticks
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Ragu Pizza Quick (traditional)
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Pam

Directions
  1. Arrange bread sticks on prepared baking sheet about 1-inch apart and set aside.
  2. Brush the tops of the breadsticks with the olive oil and the pizza suace.
  3. Grind black pepper over all to taste.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
