Ingredients

1 package lemon pudding mix

1 cup milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1 angel food cake

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

3 tablespoons grated lemon rind

Directions

Combine pudding mix and milk then cook until mixture boils.

Cool slightly then stir in sour cream.

Chill thoroughly then split cake in 3 layers then spread chocolate mixture between layers.

Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream sweetened with confectioners sugar.

Garnish with lemon rind.
