baked potatoes with mojo Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 175 celsius (sorry)
  • wash the potatoes
  • mix with 3 tbls spoons olive oil
  • bake potatoes in oven for about 45 min.
  • peel garlic
  • clean pepper
  • take seeds out of chili
  • combine with the remaining ingredients and blend into a puree.
  • serve with the hot potatoes
