EVERYONE ALWAYS MOANS ABOUT MAKING FRESH,HOT BREAD .THIS IS SO EASY .

Ingredients
  • 2 KG CAKE FLOUR
  • 10G INSTANT YEAST
  • 1 LITRE TEPID WATER
  • 100G SALT
  • 100 G SUGAR

Directions
  1. MIX ALL DRY INGRED IN MIXING BOWL
  2. ADD WATER SLOWLY A QUARTER AT A TIME
  3. DOUGH SHOULD STICK TO YOUR HANDS
  4. LEAVE WITH CLOTH OVER IN WARM PLACE EG ON TOP OF FRIDGE FOR HALF HOUR
  5. WHEN DOUGH HAS RISEN KNEAD BALL AGAIN FOR 1 MIN
  6. SHAPE ANY WAY YOU WANT ON BAKING TRAY WHICH IS OILED .
  7. BAKE IN WARMED OVEN AT 150 C FOR 40 MINS
  8. TO MAKE MORE INTERESTING ADD ANY INGREDIENTS TO DOUGH WHEN MIXING-ONIONS,TOMS,SALAMI.ETC ETC
