How to make it

  • Bring chicken stock to boil
  • Add salt, lawry's, chicken rub, bay leaf, thyme ,and granulated garlic to stock. Boil for 10 to 15 min.
  • Let brine cool, until room temp.
  • Add chicken to brine. Make sure chicken is completely covered.
  • Put the chicken with the brine in fridge for one day, no exceptions.
  • Doing this is gunna make your chicken so good, I promise.
  • Ok, it's the next day.
  • Add oil to deep frier and get that oil to 335 degrees
  • Rough chop the onion and put in deep frier
  • Stir flour mix together in large bowl
  • Put one piece of chicken in bowl and coat with flower mix.
  • Let chicken rest for 1 minute, then put chicken in deep frier.
  • Repeat steps until deep frier is full with chicken.
  • Cook chicken for 45 min
  • Chicken will come out crisp and golden, sprinkel some salt on the chicken too, when it comes out of the frier.
  • Let the chicken cool a little, and enjoy.
