How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400-degrees F.
  • Lightly butter a 1-3/4 quart casserole.
  • Peel and slice avocado; squeeze lemon juice over to cover.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Combine chili, tamales, chopped onions and jalapenos; pour into casserole.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Combine corn chips and cheese; sprinkle over top of casserole.
  • Bake 5 additional minutes or until cheese melts.
  • Top with avocado slices, diced tomato and olives.
  • Enjoy!
