Guacamole based on your own personal tastes.

Ingredients
  • 4 avocados halved and pitted
  • 1 tbl sour cream
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • ground red pepper
  • onion powder
  • lime juice

Directions
  1. Halve, pit, and peel avocados
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mash avocados with sour cream
  3. Add the remaining ingredients according to taste!
  4. Helpful Hints:
  5. use about 5 drops lime juice
  6. 1-2 tsps salt
  7. 1tbl garlic
  8. 2 tsp ground red pepper
  9. 2 tsp onion powder
  10. I never measure, I just throw some in there and have my husband do the taste testing!
