Baked Guavas Stuffed With Mushrooms and Olives

- 6 guavas shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oil shopping list
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup green olives chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parsley chopped shopping list
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh dill weed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds shopping list
How to make it
- To prepare the guavas for stuffing cut a thin slice from the top of each guava.
- With a melon ball scoop or small spoon remove seeds and set guavas aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Add mushrooms, onion, olives, herbs, salt and pepper then sauté until vegetables are soft.
- Remove mixture from flame then cool.
- Stuff guavas filling to the top.
- Place stuffed guavas in a baking dish just large enough to hold them.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over guava tops then bake at 325 for 1 hour.
- Serve hot.
