Chocolate Mint Grasshopper Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c cold milk
  • 1 pkg pistachio instant jello pudding
  • 2 c thawed whipped topping, divided
  • 6 double stuff oreo cool mint creme cookes, chopped
  • 1 oreo pie crust
  • 1 oz square semi-sweet baking chocolate

Directions
  1. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 2 mins or until blended. Gently stir in 1 1/2 c whipped topping and the chopped cookies. Spoon into pie crust. Spread with remaining 1/2 c whipped topping.
  2. Melt chocolate as directed on package and drizzle over pie
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours or freeze until firm. If frozen let stand about 10 min at room temp before serving. Store leftovers in frig or freezer.
