Ingredients
  • 6 slices sandwich bread
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 medium pears pared cored and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
  1. Toast bread then place a cheese slice on each piece of toast.
  2. Arrange sliced pears on cheese.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle on pears.
  4. Broil 10 minutes or until lightly browned then serve hot.
