This is a very good salad bursting with flavors. It's a great pot luck dish all year long. Serve this with chips and salsa and you have a great meal. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 3 envelopes taco seasoning mix
  • 3 heads lettuce shredded
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • 3 cans chopped or sliced ripe olives drained
  • 2 cans ranch or chili beans drained
  • 1 large bag corn chips
  • 1 large bottle Catalina salad dressing
  • 12 ounce jar salsa

Directions
  1. Brown beef then drain well and add taco seasoning and prepare according to directions.
  2. Cool completely then toss with remaining ingredients in a large plastic bag or container.
