Asian Salad Dressing Recipe
This is the same dressing that my local Japanese restaurant uses. I love it

Ingredients
  • 3 oz rice vinegar
  • 1 oz soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 5 oz vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients & blend well
  2. Keep unused portion covered in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (it tastes a lot better fresh though)

I added a little salt and pepper to bring out the flavor and a little bit of shrd carrot. It is fabulous
