Ingredients

1 medium Onion, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 cup Celery, chopped

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

6 Cups Chicken Broth (from cooking the chicken)

2 Cups Picante Sauce

1 Tbsp Cumin, ground

2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

6 oz Tomato Puree

1 box Frozen Corn

One chicken, boiled, boned, skinned, chopped, and fat removed

Toppings:

Tortilla Chips, crushed

Cheddar Cheese

Cilantro

Avocado

Sour Cream

Directions

Saute onion, celery and garlic in oil until tender.

Add all remaining ingredients except the toppings.

Simmer 30 minutes

Ladle into bowls

Add toppings as desired
