How to make it

  • Slice garlic cloves 1/8 inch thick
  • cut slits all over flank steak and insert garlic slices into meat
  • Marinade the steak fo 24 hours refrigerated
  • Grill on direct heat 5 minutes on each side.
  • Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices and serve
