How to make it

  • Combine first 10 ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  • Divide crabmeat mixture into 8 equal portions.
  • Place 1 1/3 c breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.
  • Dredge crabmeat portions in breadcrumbs and shape into patties.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add 4 patties and cook each side until golden (~3 min each side).
  • Repeat with remaining 1 tbsp oil and 4 patties.

    I believe I'll give this a try. I have had a large can of lump crab meat needing expressing and this looks yummy.
