How to make it

  • Prepare the prawns to your liking (remove tails, heads etc.) and pat them dry with paper towel
  • lightly beat the egg
  • combine breadcrumbs with a tsp of paprika and freshly cracked pepper
  • dip each prawn in turn into the cornflour, egg and finally breadcrumb mixture.
  • Drop prawns into around 2cm of hot oil and deepfry until golden brown
  • Place prawns on paper towel to drain slightly.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped coriander sweet chili sauce.
