Feints Prawn Cutlets

How to make it
- Prepare the prawns to your liking (remove tails, heads etc.) and pat them dry with paper towel
- lightly beat the egg
- combine breadcrumbs with a tsp of paprika and freshly cracked pepper
- dip each prawn in turn into the cornflour, egg and finally breadcrumb mixture.
- Drop prawns into around 2cm of hot oil and deepfry until golden brown
- Place prawns on paper towel to drain slightly.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander sweet chili sauce.
