How to make it
- Throw in all marinade ingredients + chicken into ziplock bag,mix weel and leave in the fridge for 30mins prior to cooking.
- 30mins later, remove chicken and sauté in pan with oil for 5mins.Then pour in remaining marinade, add some water and let simmer for 10 mins or till sauce thicken.
- Once sauce has reduced,remove,dish and serve immediately with white rice and some steamed veggies as side dish if you want (I like to eat this ladies' finger).
