This is requested for our special meals especially at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ingredients
  • 1 8 oz box Neuchatel Cheese softened
  • 1/4-1/2 stick butter softened
  • 2 boxes spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
  • 1 can artichoke hearts quartered & drained (not marinated)
  • Seasoned bread crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mix together butter & cheese
  2. Mix spinach & salt with cheese mixture
  3. Spoon into prepared baking dish
  4. Arrange artichoke quarters evenly around dish
  5. Sprinkle top with seasoned bread crumbs
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
