Triple Berry Blast Protein Mix

Grapfruit juice, orange juice, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and egg deliver vitamin C. In Thailand egg are nomally serve in the morning with any kind of juices. They said that egg boost your spirits, your immune system and high in protein.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Ruby Red grapefruit juice shopping list
- 3/4 cup of orange juice shopping list
- 1 egg (optional) shopping list
- 3/4 cup of protein mix (vanilla) shopping list
- 1 cup frozen of fresh mixed berries (raspberries, strawbeiires, blueberries) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except egg in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. When done pour mixture into serving glasses, add egg; do not stir.
- Serve immediately.
