Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

2 eggs

2 cups crushed canned pineapple

1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind and juice of 1 lemon

1 cup fresh passion fruit pulp

3 cups self-rising flour

Preheat oven to 350. Blend margarine and sugar together then bean in yogurt and eggs. Add pulp, pineapple and lemon and mix well. Fold in the flour and spoon into tins. Bake for 30 minutes.
