Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 tbs. oil
  • cajun seasoning
  • 2(16oz.) cans sauerkraut
  • 1/4c brown sugar
  • 1c chopped onion
  • 1(103/4oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1(4oz) can,sliced mushrooms
  • 3c hot mashed potatoes

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325. Brown chops on both sides in oil in a pan.Season the chops. Remove from pan. Drain some fat out of pan,stir in sauerkraut,brown sugar and onions. Place chops on top of sauerkraut. Spoon mushroom soup over chops and then mushrooms over the soup. Cover and bake at 325 for 11/4 hours. Spoon mashed potatoes atound the edge of the casserole and broil for a few minutes to brown.
