This is another I found in my granmothers recipes. It has a very good taste!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef, can use lean
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium can pork and beans
  • 1 1/2 Tblesp. ketchup
  • 1 box corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup milk

Directions
  1. Preheat oven on 375F OR 400
  2. Brown beef with onions.Remove grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Put into 9x11 casserole.
  5. Mix beans with ketchup and pour over meat mixture.
  6. Combine muffin mix and milk and pour over bean mixture.
  7. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly and brown.
