Fast Fixin Supper

This is another I found in my granmothers recipes. It has a very good taste!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, can use lean shopping list
- 1 cup onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 medium can pork and beans shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tblesp. ketchup shopping list
- 1 box corn muffin mix shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven on 375F OR 400
- Brown beef with onions.Remove grease.
- Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Put into 9x11 casserole.
- Mix beans with ketchup and pour over meat mixture.
- Combine muffin mix and milk and pour over bean mixture.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly and brown.
