Tuna  In  Pita Bread Recipe
2 Pita pockets cut in halves counts as 4 servings. This is very good. I also use hamburger.

Ingredients
  • 1 (6 1/2) oz can tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
  • pepper and salt to taste
  • 2 ( 6-inch) pita pockets, cut in halves crosswise
  • 6 leaves lettuce
  • tomatoes thinly sliced

Directions
  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate.( can be prepared a day ahead)
  3. Line the pita pockets with lettuce leaves and tomatoes..
  4. Divide the tuna mixture among the pita pockets.
