Ingredients
  • 2-2 1/2 pounds chicken pieces-skin removed
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 cup milk

Directions
  1. Place chicken in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
  2. In a bowl,combine all other ingredients.
  3. Pour over and around chicken pieces. Make sure there is no rice on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve with a garden salad.
