Makes 20 kebabs . Lamb and Mint always goes well for me and I love dis .

Ingredients
  • 250 g Lamb cubes
  • 2 Small onions
  • 25 Mint Leaves
  • 2 slices Wholemeal bread
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • 1/2 tsp each of the following :
  • pepper pwd
  • all spice pwd
  • cinnamon pwd
  • corriander pwd
  • cumin pwd

Directions
  1. Mince everything in a food processor for a minute .
  2. Divide into small portions .
  3. Shape into balls .
  4. Fry into golden brown .
  5. Serve with mint jelly .
