Ingredients
  • 2 Pkg. Frozen Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 Jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 Pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • 1 Red Onion Diced
  • 1 Block Cream Cheese Diced
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/3 Cup Romano Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 4 Fresh Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • Dash of Garlic Powder For Taste
  • Fresh Corn Tortillas For Chips
  • 4 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil

Directions
  1. In A Small Sauce Sauté Onion With 4 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil. Then Add All Other Ingredients And Cook Until All Cheese Is Melted. Then Pour Mixture Into A 8X8X2 Square Glass Pyrex Dish And Bake At 350 For 15 Minutes Until Nice & Bubbly. Cut Corn Tortillas Into Triangle Shapes And Fry In A Light Oil Until Chips Are Crunchy.
