How to make it

  • Season and steam chicken breasts till done
  • and chicken to rest of ingredients.
  • Place in a greased casserole dish
  • Half an hour before serving decrust bread slices
  • Cut bread into fingers and butter both sides
  • Place on top of chicken
  • Put in a 350 degree oven until bread is brown and crisp
