- 1 cups fat free Organic Greek yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup Nonfat plain Kefir shopping list
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt shopping list
- 1/3 tsp. almond extract shopping list
- 1/3 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbs. toasted wheat germ for the top shopping list
- 1 pinch xanthan gum (thickener found in health food stores) shopping list
- to taste sweetener of choice : agave, stevia, splenda, honey, barley syrup...etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together well, except for the wheat germ.
- Top with the "crust" aka wheat germ for a low fat , high protein dieters dairy delight!
