I have place my corn chowder,but I like this one as will(Sort of!!) I Have to be in the mood for fish.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound Bacon,cut in pieces
  • 6 Cups Water
  • 1 (14&1/2)Can evaporated milk
  • 1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 Pounds Boneless Fish Fillets,cut in 1" pieces
  • 1 (4-servung size) envelope Instant Mashed Potatoes

Directions
  1. Saute bacon until crisp
  2. Add water,milk and onion soup mix
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Add Fish
  5. Simmer for 10 minuted or until fish is done
  6. Stir in Instant potato mix
  7. Heat through
  8. Serve with Oyster Crackers
