15-Minute Fishermans Chowder

- 1/4 pound bacon,cut in pieces shopping list
- 6 Cups water shopping list
- 1 (14&1/2)Can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 Envelope onion soup mix shopping list
- 2 Pounds Boneless fish fillets,cut in 1" pieces shopping list
- 1 (4-servung size) envelope instant mashed potatoes shopping list
How to make it
- Saute bacon until crisp
- Add water,milk and onion soup mix
- Heat to boiling.
- Add Fish
- Simmer for 10 minuted or until fish is done
- Stir in Instant potato mix
- Heat through
- Serve with Oyster Crackers
