Hamburger Steak

- 2 lbs Lean Ground hamburger (I use 97/3-extra lean) shopping list
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 packets Liptons beefy onion soup mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup Worchestire Sauce shopping list
- 1 - 32 oz beef broth shopping list
- 1 vidalia onion - Sliced shopping list
- 1-2 tsp EVOO shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, mix Ground beef, bread crombs, soup mix, and worchestire sauce.
- Patty out hamburgers to desired thickness
- In a large sauce pan, pre-heat 2 tsps of EVOO over Medium High heat
- Fry each hamburger to desired tempature. (We like ours cooked very well done.)
- Remove done burgers from pan and put on a plate, but remember to keep warm.
- Sautee onions in same sauce pan.
- Add beef broth once onions are completed.
- Bring to a boil and re-add hamburgers
- Cover and simmer for 40 min.
