How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl, mix Ground beef, bread crombs, soup mix, and worchestire sauce.
  • Patty out hamburgers to desired thickness
  • In a large sauce pan, pre-heat 2 tsps of EVOO over Medium High heat
  • Fry each hamburger to desired tempature. (We like ours cooked very well done.)
  • Remove done burgers from pan and put on a plate, but remember to keep warm.
  • Sautee onions in same sauce pan.
  • Add beef broth once onions are completed.
  • Bring to a boil and re-add hamburgers
  • Cover and simmer for 40 min.
