Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Lean Ground Hamburger (I use 97/3-extra lean)
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 packets Liptons Beefy Onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup Worchestire Sauce
  • 1 - 32 oz beef broth
  • 1 Vidalia Onion - Sliced
  • 1-2 tsp EVOO

Directions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix Ground beef, bread crombs, soup mix, and worchestire sauce.
  2. Patty out hamburgers to desired thickness
  3. In a large sauce pan, pre-heat 2 tsps of EVOO over Medium High heat
  4. Fry each hamburger to desired tempature. (We like ours cooked very well done.)
  5. Remove done burgers from pan and put on a plate, but remember to keep warm.
  6. Sautee onions in same sauce pan.
  7. Add beef broth once onions are completed.
  8. Bring to a boil and re-add hamburgers
  9. Cover and simmer for 40 min.
