I made this for our 4th of July picnic yesterday, and it was soo delicious. I made it sugar free, since my Dad is diabetic, and with strawberries and blueberries on top. It was ridiculously good, easy, affordable, and perfect for summer. I can't wait to make this again -- and I will definitely be using the crust for other things as well, since it was perfect (buttery, crumbly and good enough to eat on its own). Thanks a bunch!
