Ingredients
  • 4 oz tempeh crumbled
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1/2 avocado mushed
  • 1/4 can of refried beans
  • 1/4 can of black beans
  • 1/4 can of corn
  • 1/4 cup spanish rice (optional)
  • 1 12-14 inch tortilla or 5 mini tortillas
  • salsa
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Heat pan with olive oil or pam spray
  3. Toss tempeh with seasonings and lightly brown.
  4. Place tortilla and began making burrito
  5. Spread refried beans and mushed avocado all over
  6. Add:
  7. salsa, Tempeh, diced tomato, black beans, and corn.
  8. Wrap folding corners in a oven safe container and bake about 10- 15 minutes or until top of tortilla is a light golden brown.
