Loaded Bean and Tempeh Burrito

- 4 oz tempeh crumbled shopping list
- 1 small tomato diced shopping list
- 1/2 avocado mushed shopping list
- 1/4 can of refried beans shopping list
- 1/4 can of black beans shopping list
- 1/4 can of corn shopping list
- 1/4 cup Spanish rice (optional) shopping list
- 1 12-14 inch tortilla or 5 mini tortillas shopping list
- salsa shopping list
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp chilli powder shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- onion powder shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Heat pan with olive oil or pam spray
- Toss tempeh with seasonings and lightly brown.
- Place tortilla and began making burrito
- Spread refried beans and mushed avocado all over
- Add:
- salsa, Tempeh, diced tomato, black beans, and corn.
- Wrap folding corners in a oven safe container and bake about 10- 15 minutes or until top of tortilla is a light golden brown.
