FRUITED - MINT -  TEA Recipe
THIS A MINT TEA WITH A KICK OF LEMON, AND ORANGE JUICES, MAKES 2 1/2 QUARTS

  • 3 CUPS OF BOILING WATER
  • 4 REGULAR SIZE TEA BAGS
  • 12 FRESH MINT SPRIGS
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
  • 1 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • 5 CUPS WATER
  • GARNISHES; FRESH MINT SPRIGS, ORANGE SLICES

Directions
  1. POUR 3 CUPS OF HOT BOILING WATER OVER TEA BAGS AND MINT, COVER AND LET STEEP FOR - 10 -MINUTES.
  2. REMOVE TEA BAGS AND MINT, SQUEEZING GENTLY AS NOT TO TEAR TEA BAGS , SQUEEZE THE MINT TOO.
  3. STIR IN LEMON AND ORANGE JUICE, AND SUGAR, AND THE 5 CUPS OF WATER, MIX AND SERVE OVER ICE
  4. GARNISH IF DESIRED WITH MINT AND ORANGE SLICE.
  5. MAKES 2 1/2 QUARTS
