  • 4TSP tIKKA CURRY PASTE
  • 10 CURRY LEAVES SHREDDED
  • 2 TINS COCONUT CREAM
  • 500GRAMS DRY ROASTED CASHEWS CHOPPED

Directions
  1. SWEAT OF THE ONIONS IN THE MELTED GHEE
  2. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND GINGER
  3. COOK SLOWLY IN POT \
  4. ADD TUMERIC AND PASTE STIR AROUND
  5. ADD COCONUT CREAM BRING TO BOIL SIMMER
  6. ADD ROASTED CASHEW NUTS SERVE WHEN WARM
