Real Easy BBQ Meat Recipe

• Go to walmart and purchase a Black and Decker rice cooker, about $18.00. shopping list
• open the box and take out cooker. shopping list
• wash out the pot. shopping list
• add about 3 cups water shopping list
• cut up meat or you can use ribs. shopping list
• use seasoning rub like durkee rib rub from walmart and roll and rub into meat. shopping list
• Put upper steamer basket into cooker and load with meat, shopping list
• spinkle(hate that word) liquid smoke over meat shopping list
• about 2 tbsp shopping list
• put switch into high mode and let it cook until meat is tender, I cook it for about 4 hours check that you do not run out of water in bottom of steamer add more if you have to shopping list
• after meat is tender put your favorite bbq sauce on meat and steam on high for about 1/2 hour. shopping list
• take meat out and put in regular oven on broil until it looks good. shopping list
• add more bbq sauce and chow down shopping list
