Beef with Kenyan Dry Rub

- 1.5lbs steak (flank or any flat beef) tenderized shopping list
- 4 g. sesame seeds shopping list
- 4 g. garlic powder shopping list
- 4 g. dried basil (if you dont have this replace with fresh basil) shopping list
- 4 g. cinnamon shopping list
- 4 g. cloves shopping list
- 4 g. caraway seeds shopping list
- 4 g. coriander seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Cut steak into small tenderized squares
- Combine all spices with a motar and pestol
- toss meat in dry rub to coat
- Cook in a pan over medium-high heat
- Reserve at room temperature
