Sauted beef with traditional Kenyan spice rub

Ingredients
  • 1.5lbs Steak (flank or any flat beef) tenderized
  • 4 g. sesame seeds
  • 4 g. garlic powder
  • 4 g. dried basil (if you dont have this replace with fresh basil)
  • 4 g. cinnamon
  • 4 g. cloves
  • 4 g. caraway seeds
  • 4 g. coriander seeds

Directions
  1. Cut steak into small tenderized squares
  2. Combine all spices with a motar and pestol
  3. toss meat in dry rub to coat
  4. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat
  5. Reserve at room temperature
