Easy breakfast sausage you dont have to mess with mixing spices...

Ingredients
  • Pre packaged frozen spiced breakfast sausage
  • any venison

Directions
  1. With hand grinder coarse grind the vension.....
  2. thaw the breakfast sausage and mix 60-40 with the venison...
  3. coarse grind once more...
  4. roll out with rolling pin to about half inch thick
  5. invert a coffee cup and press out patties......
  6. layer patties on wax paper and freeze to your portion size......
