Sauteed Mixed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. mixed fresh mushrooms, such as button, shitake, cremini, sliced thin.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. red wine vinegar

Directions
  1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar. Serve hot or at room temp.
