Sauteed Mixed Mushrooms

- 1 tsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 lb. mixed fresh mushrooms, such as button, shitake, cremini, sliced thin. shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp. red wine vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in vinegar. Serve hot or at room temp.
